The next IoD Forum is taking place on Thursday 16th July at 15:30pm.
The session will be hosted by Malcolm Follos who will be joined by Paul Scope, Joint Head of Employment at Ward Hadaway.
Paul is a very experienced employment lawyer who advises all types of employers on strategic and day to day HR and staffing issues, including most recently extensive advice on dealing with the current pandemic. Paul will share his thoughts on the current position facing employers, including furlough, getting back to the workplace, agile working, maximising the return from employees, options to reduce staffing costs and re-shaping the workforce.
